Dungarvan, Waterford, Ireland! This is the area where my Great-great-Grandma Mary Dalton was born (she was baptized in Knockroe, Waterford, Ireland which is really close to Dungarvan).
Such a cute little town!
This place had delicious food! I would highly recommend it!
Their fries were SO good!
Just wandering around the quay
Holding onto the anchor!
The walls of Dungarvan Castle built in the 12th century. The inner military barracks are 18th century.
You can read more about it here http://www.heritageireland.ie/en/south-east/dungarvancastle/
The gun I am standing beside was HUGE! Anyone know what kind it is?
Going up the tower stairs
Looking out the tower
Mom's purse looked so pretty in this picture. :)
While trying to find Kilgobinet Church (where my Great-great-Grandma Mary Dalton was baptized in Knockroe, Waterford) we drove on some scary small roads!
At last! We drove all over trying to find this church. :)
Unfortunately it was locked, so we couldn't get in. We were really disappointed. :(
We are pretty sure some of our relatives are buried in this cemetery, but the headstones are so old we couldn't read them.
Emmie, Brie, and I took a walk together up one of the roads we drove on to get to the church. We did a FaceTime with Grace too. :)
:D
The van barely fit through the hedges. :)
Aw!
Heading to our next house, Niall's near Cappoquin, Waterford.
It was a beautiful day!
The house was nice and we enjoyed our stay!
Internet was kinda hit and miss, so when you got it, you used it! Plus at the end of the day you have lots of pictures to share with friends and family. :)
Left to right, 1 euro, twenty-five cent US quarter, and a 50-cent euro.
Waiting for our food

Uncle Bernie's coffee
My ham and pineapple sandwich

Emmie and Brie shared chicken and chips.
Gram had lamb stew.
We went to SuperValu in Dungarvan, Waterford, Ireland. It was so cool!
They had pink lights on in the meat section... any ideas as to why they did that?
Their KitKats are different that the USA kind. More mellow.
