September 13th, 2019 Ireland Trip

On the schedule for today, Carrick-a-Rede Bridge and Northern Ireland scenic/coastal view drive.

I was so nervous about walking across the bridge that I thought I was gonna pass out! I was afraid I'd get on the bridge and not be able to keep going across or go back.

But the view was just amazing!

Getting ready to cross the bridge!

It was actually really easy and just a little bit scary!

Across! :)

I think they had this boat here incase someone fell off the cliffs.

The grass was SO pretty! The ground was really spongy. When you jumped on it it felt like a bag of pudding or jello.

The water was just gorgeous!

This rock was really neat, but a little scary to sit on! :)

:D

Mom took this picture of us (we are on the far left)

Ready to head back off the island.

Mom got this picture of us too. :)

Mom and Aunt Carol were waiting for us at the top of the hill.

The paths always look so scary in pictures (some of them are!)!

Beautiful rolling hills

<3 Love cattle! <3

Brie, Uncle Bernie, and I walked down to that white beach. It was huge white rocks. Pictures to follow. :)

Gram waited at the top of the hill and also had tea at the Carrick-a-Rede Bridge shop.

Headed to the white beach...

They did mining along this coast so this is one of the collapsed buildings that they used to use.

Look at that water!! :O

Rock climbing.

Messing around in the man made 'caves'

The rock on the left is huge! It's about 6 feet tall!

Looking at the map again. :)

Sheep

Being in Northern Ireland we had to use British pounds

Lunch time!

This shop was so cute! Highly recommend it!

Emmie's food

Mine was a ham, caramelized onion, and cheese sandwich. It was so good! Like really really good!

It is hard to make them out but there were tons of sheep in this valley. :)
