The Gavin's and our family did the food for Jared and Danae's wedding. It was so fun!
On our way to Wellman, Iowa :)
Sisters
Making a jello cream cheese thingy. :)
Mom and Aunt Carol mixing cream cheese and sugar
Jello
We had a terrible time with that jello cream cheese thingy! But in the end it turned out ok. :) :)
Huge batches of jello
Empty jello cups
All done (except for the decorations)
Checking the temperatures inside the roasters
(so we can make sure that one isn't getting really hot and another not heating at all)
Cutting butter for the tables
Pieces of wood for decorations
Josh helped to set the tables
Look at these flowers!
Be careful, please
Ready for the guests
The next day, Mom, Aunt Carol, Emmie, and I got coffee at Casey's. :)
I got a pumpkin doughnut :P
The others got breakfast pizza (we ate some of it too)
Water, punch, and coffee
I worked on the gravy
Grace, T.J., and Brie worked on the potatoes
Sam did dishes
Emmie, Ben, and Josh worked on the punch.
Aunt Carol and KK wrapped the rolls.
KK kept a timer on his watch so he would be sure to stir all the mashed potato roasters every 15 minutes.
Brie cutting up apricots
Mom put them on top of the apricot flavored jello
Ben put whipped topping on top
Sam put blue berries on the blueberry jello
Sam singing away
All ready to GO
A fun perspective
The crew
This is the only picture we have of us working the food.
Every hand was on deck! No time for pictures. :(
There was pie, ice cream, and cake for dessert.
Isn't the cake beautiful??
The couple
There really were not very many left overs! It was a close shave!
Daddy was the amazing brain behind all the work we did! He kept everything going smoothly.
I can't say enough about how amazing my Daddy is! Thank You, Lord, for Daddy!
Traffic on the way home
The sun was killer on your eyes, but also really pretty.
